I speak for myself when I say – I believe I get caught up with the idea of winning. I realize you have to have failure in order to have success. It is the part of giving myself permission to sometimes quit. Recently I have quit relationships, friends, hobbies and so on. I believe I am healthier for it. I like the idea that I can look at it as opening myself up to new possibilities. I can now be okay with the word quit! Thank you!
